Policy

To join Wave Language School, students must enroll in either the 6-month English program or the 15-month Thai language program, both offered in partnership with Thaksin University. These programs include full visa support, which means we help with paperwork, answer visa questions, and go with you to the immigration office. Students attend one online and one in-person class per week, and must be between the ages of 12–50 for English and 18–50 for Thai.

All students are expected to attend class regularly and follow the steps for visa renewal. This includes checking in with the school 30 days before your visa expires, and sending us your passport and visa page on time. If you miss too many classes or do not follow immigration rules, we may not be able to support your visa. If you need to pause or stop your studies, please contact us before missing class or immigration deadlines so we can help you.
